Step 1: The Assessment
Before anything gets ordered, we need to visit your home. We're looking at your existing system, the size of your heated space, insulation levels, and the condition of your existing pipework. We run a Manual J heat load calculation — not a rule of thumb — to determine the correct boiler output in kilowatts.

Step 2: Permits

Step 3: Installation Day
Most straight boiler replacements take one day. We disconnect and remove the old unit, make any necessary piping changes, install the new boiler, reconnect the flue and gas supply, and fill and purge the system. We pressure-test all connections before firing it up.

Step 4: Commissioning & Inspection
